Battle of the Stat Counters
You may notice, if you take a trip to the bottom of the blog, that I have added a bunch of different stat counters. I have decided to add all the stat counters a can find and determine which one is the best, so others will know which one to pick for their blogs.
These counters are all free, and I found them by simply googling "free stat counter." So far I'd have to say the best is statcounter, the one in my footer there, as it provides the largest amount of data.
I will keep you updated with the best performing stat counters as the battle continues. If you know of any stat counters which you'd like to see battle it out, drop me a comment and I'll add it in.

I agree that StatCounter is the best. I've been using that for a long time. I really like how they'll email you a weekly summary of your traffic.

i agree with stella - i like sitemeter - and have used for over 12 months on my blog. i also have a cluster map too.
You should add this little piece of technology too, so you can see where your visitors are coming from...

It's free as well.
I use Sitemeter, Clustermaps and Neocounter (http://www.neoworx.net) to see how many users are there on line.

I've seen them working and look very cool.
Sitemeter's my fave. Free, detailed, a bit programmable.
I find there are issues with counters when they are to be applied to adult sites.
yeah need help with my boyfriend's blogger he wants three side bars on his so that way his friends along with the people that he advertise it to.
I'm loving my Statcounter at the moment. I used to use Motigo Webstats, but it started giving me popups so switched to Statcounter and never looked back :P
